As shameful as it is for me to admit, it has been nearly two years since I first attempted to kick-start this little blog of mine. I had the best of intentions to really get this baby started but, as some of us know all too well, life can be (pardon my French) a bitch. Looking back now, as difficult as the past few years were, they brought me to where I am now. And I couldn’t be more thankful.
At times, I was at (what I assumed was) the lowest of low. And then it would get just a little bit worse. Guess that’s what I get for assuming, huh? But all of those trials and challenges strengthened me, my view of myself and my outlook on life. I truly feel like a completely different person than who I was when I first attempted to start ralph & rosé. I am happier and healthier; both mentally and physically. I know who I am and where I want to go. I don’t have it one-hundred percent figured out (and I doubt that I ever will), but I know that I am pointed in the right direction for me.
Because of my new outlook on myself and life, I’ve decided to give ralph & rosé a little facelift. I personally feel fresher and I want my blog to reflect this new feeling. It’s obviously still in the works and it’s going to take me a little bit to really get the hang of doing this (almost) completely on my own, but I’m so excited about the process. So, here we go.
*ding ding ding* Round 2.
